Evolving Our Company Name
Originally established with a strong focus on fusing the best telecommunications technologies in the market with applications we developed in-house, Fusion Telecom Ltd have built extensive expertise, relationships and capability across the communications and payment technology sector.
The Fusion Telecom Ltd team identified an emerging challenge in the payment telecommunications environment: the growing need for businesses to comply with the PCI DSS, and protect customers, employees and payment processes from fraud and other risks.
In response, we developed PayGuard — a leading PCI DSS compliant telecommunications solution built using our own technology platform and expertise.
What began as one application of many developed by us, PayGuard has grown into an increasingly important part of our business.

Bringing Our Name in Line With Our Evolution
We have taken the decision to change the legal name of our company from Fusion Telecom Ltd to PayGuard Solutions Ltd.
This is not a change of ownership, nor a change of team, nor a change of company. This is not a departure in any way from the technologies and services we provide and have extensive expertise in.

While our name changes, our core company details do not. We continue with the same company registration number, VAT number and registered office.

Important Fraud-Prevention Notice
Criminals sometimes take advantage of company name changes to commit fraud. Our bank accounts and corresponding account numbers stay exactly the same. Should you receive a request to pay our invoices into a seperate account, please ignore them.

There are only two changes customers and partners need to be aware of.
Our registered company name
From 15 September 2026, our registered company name becomes PayGuard Solutions Ltd. It will appear on invoices, contracts and correspondence.
Our email adresses
Our email addresses move from @fusiontelecom.co to @payguard.co. Existing @fusiontelecom.co addresses will continue to work throughout the transition.

The change in name only to PayGuard Solutions Ltd is best understood as an evolution of our business and a recognition of where we are today, bringing together everything our company has become.
